Question: Which foot to use when drive a left handed layup and right handed layup ?
Answer1: If you're doing a right handed layup all you gotta remember is to jump off your left foot and lay it in. Then the opposite for a left handed layup.
Answer2: Always go off your inside foot and if you can't do something as simple as a lay-up than your obviously not very good!
Answer3: Before you start making a actual lay up, take a basketball and just practice without dribbling and just jump of your opposite foot.
Answer4: For righ hand lyaup, jump your left foot and hit squre in on bakc board. And if you do lefthand layup, jump off the right hand. Hand hit square.
